First stretch goal UNLOCKED!

Hi, everyone!

I wanted to post a bit earlier today but only just now had a chance to sit down, BUT! I am so happy to say that we have hit our FIRST STRETCH GOAL! 

The tarot deck is getting a RIGID PULL APART BOX! These types of boxes are a great way to protect your tarot cards from ware and tear, and expand the lifespan of the cards. It's a great way to keep them safe from the elements and keep them all together. I am so happy to say we are getting this rigid box!

For now, the rigid box will be a pull apart, which is similar to this deck box here:

So now that we have funded our FIRST stretch goal, We move onto our next one:

This stretch goal will get us the holographic foil to the front and backs of the cards!

What does that mean?

The Holographic foil that I want to add to the cards is a foil stamp that is applied with heat and transfered to the cards. It creates the look of a holographic and shiny spot to the cards. Below is an example of another deck of mine that utilizes the same holographic foil.

Note that the holographic is on the front AND back of the cards! I plan on using a similar holographic on the Star Gazer tarot as well!

Another note, I DO plan on having holographic edges being added to the cards with this stretch goal as well. The sides of the deck will actually have a pattern on them that will look like SHINY STARS! How cool is that?!

This next stretch goal at $10,000 will get us ALL THE SHINY!! The edges of the cards will look similar to this, but with a shiny star pattern to it:

See how the edges of the cards have a look of shattered glass in that holographic shine?! It's so much fun to work with!

Almost ONE WEEK done! A few updates! Tarot cloth + Bag!

Hello, Everyone!

As the Kickstarter has officially been up for almost one full week, I wanted to say THANK YOU SO MUCH! To everyone to who has backed the project, as well as all of you out there who may pledge in the future. I am so excited to be on this journey with everyone to create this deck!

I wanted to update everyone with a few things and answer a few questions!

Here is the updated artwork for the tarot CLOTH and tarot BAG that will be included for the delxue edition. These items will also be added to the 'add-ons' section for others to snag as well!

This is a mock up design of what the tarot bag will look like. It will be 6"x8" so it can easily store the tarot deck in its box +guide booklet with ease. The drawstrings may or may not be blue, I haven't decided yet!

Here is a mock up of what the tarot CLOTH will be!  The cloth will be 50cmx50cm single sided. This will be perfect for wrapping your tarot, and using it for laying out your readings! All 12 of the zodiacs are present on the cloth, can you find yours?

Add-Ons

So the last time I did a Kickstarter was over a year ago and a lot has changed! So I'm still getting used to the add-ons feature! Now that I'm starting to understand it more and how it works, I'm trying to see if I should make my other tarot decks available as add-ons HERE, or if I should wait to do them in Backerkit. I'm going to look into it and have another update for everyone about that soon!

Guide Booklet sample

I want to share some pages from the guide booklet for everyone! I know a few of you have asked to see them, and so you will! ALL of the information for the cards (for now) has been completed. If we reach a later stretch goal, I want to add MORE information to the guide booklet, but for now, it's looking really solid. I'm going to begin the formatting stage for the booklet later this week, and as soon as I have some of the pages completed, I will be sharing them here! And also updated them to the Kickstarter page itself. So that will be coming SOON!!

Stretch GOALS

We less than $200 away from hitting our $7,000 stretch goal! This is going to secure us a RIGID box for the tarot deck! A sample rigid box will look like this:

This is a sample of one of my other tarot decks. The box is a pull apart and opens from the top with the use of two small half circle indents on the sides of the box. This is a GREAT way to protect the cards and keep them safe! We are ALMOST to unlocking this box!!

So far, we are doing AMAZING! So if you can, please feel free to share the Kickstarter! And remember, you will NOT be charged until the campaign ends on AUGUST 5th! <3

Hello everyone! I am SO excited to say that we are FULLY FUNDED and we did it in only 7 HOURS! How insane is that?! 

First, I want to say THANK YOU! Because of all of you, we are bringing this tarot deck to life! I am so honored to be creating this deck for all of you to enjoy. 

Now that we have unlocked and funded, its time for stretch goals! Once I’m home later, Ill make a proper update with info on our stretch goals!
